Every academic year, the faculty organizes about 100 spiritual-educational, moral-educational sports and cultural, "fighting against corruption" activities according to the roadmap developed within the framework of five important initiatives, action plan and partner organizations.  ", "prevention of crime", "fight against human trafficking", "fight against drug addiction" activities are being held.  Representatives of local and international partner universities, employees of Samarkand Region Internal Affairs Department, Samarkand Customs Department, Samarkand AIDS Center and Youth Affairs Agency and Youth Union organizations, faculty professors and students are constantly participating in these events.

 The team of the faculty of Romano-Germanic languages ​​has achieved certain achievements in the field of developing the higher education system based on world standards with modern ped-technologies, training highly qualified, all-round potential, intellectually mature specialists and successfully fulfilling the above tasks.  is getting married.  Also, important issues related to improving the quality of education include improving the quality of personnel training, organizing the educational process based on the requirements of modern informational and pedagogical technologies, increasing the scientific and methodological potential of professors and teachers, providing textbooks and training manuals in modern educational laboratories.  Many scientific activities are being conducted with a systematic goal of increasing the level of equipment provision and increasing students' comprehensive interest in the taught subjects.

 The research activity of the faculty consists of several topics, such as "Text Linguistics and Methodology of Foreign Language Teaching", "Current Problems of Modern Linguistics", "Using Digital Technologies in German Language Teaching", "New Methodological Methods of Teaching Spanish and Italian Languages".  and now the professors and teachers of the faculty regularly publish scientific articles in these areas and defend many master's dissertations and graduation qualification theses.  A strategic plan for the development of scientific-pedagogical personnel training and scientific-research work of the Faculty has been developed.  Accordingly, special attention is paid to:

 • In order to develop the scientific potential of the faculty, to attract independent researchers and talented young teachers to doctoral studies,
 • Proper organization of activities in the scientific society of the faculty according to the chosen scientific directions of the teachers,
• Forming a database of scientific articles and scientific theories in the scientific direction of the faculty,
• Activities such as conducting scientific research on current issues of modern linguistics and the scientific direction of the faculty and publishing their results in national and international scientific sources are among them.

 More than 100 scientific articles, more than 10 monographs, textbooks and educational, methodological manuals and dictionaries are regularly published every academic year by the professors and teachers of the faculty.
 Several scientific circles such as "Parliamo italiano", "Young Romanists", "Lingvist", "DLL-Akademie", "Wort und Ort" have been established at the faculty.

International relations

 The faculty today is France's Caen, Lower Normandy University and Sorbonne University, Germany's Heidelberg Pedagogical University, Freiburg University, Bochum University, Humboldt University, Mainz University, Belarusian State University (Minsk), Brest State University, Vologda State University, St. Petersburg University.  , Pyatigorsk State University, University of Eastern Naples in Italy, Siena Institute for Foreigners, University of Castilla La Mancha in Spain, University of Cadiz, University of Alicante, University of Granada, University of Seville, University of Huelva, University of Jaen, University of Salamanca, Complutense University of Madrid, Autonomous University of Madrid and  It has established effective cooperation with Nebrikha University and other universities of European countries.  On the basis of these cooperations, professors and teachers of the faculty regularly undergo training and internships in order to familiarize themselves with advanced methods of foreign language teaching.
