The International Summer School Uzbek Language and Culture: Explore the ancient Cities in New Uzbekistan is an educational program for Bachelor and Master Degree Students, studying or researching Central Asian Studies, International relations, Social work, History, Islamic studies, Islamic architecture, Medieval architecture, Cultural studies, International business, Geographical development studies and for others who are interested in above-mentioned fields.
Bachelor & masters degree students who are studying or researching Central Asian Studies, International relations, Social work, History, Islamic studies, Medieval architecture, Cultural studies, International business and Economics, Geographical development studies.
The Summer School aims at providing information about the ancient cities (Samarkand and Bukhara), historical monuments, medieval architecture, Islamic architecture, Soviet architecture, History points such as Tsarist and Soviet Epochs in Uzbekistan, achievements of the Republic of Uzbekistan for independent years, Uzbek youth and traditional family values, culture of Uzbek people, religions in Uzbekistan, changes in the last 5 years in "New Uzbekistan", Economic role of Uzbekistan for Model Belt & Road Initiative, and giving a basic knowledge of the Uzbek language.

The Summer School includes:

- Cultural programs (trips, workshops, master classes, roundtable discussions and cultural events)

This is a NOT residential package and the tuition fee does NOT cover additional expenses such as those related to health insurance coverage, VISA and Cultural Trips excluded in the Program.
Student’s dormitory of SamSIFL (in the campus) costs for duration of course: 200 EUR.
