The Acting Rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, Fazliddin Ruzikulov, conducted an open dialogue with doctoral students, basic doctoral students, and intern-researchers studying at the institute.

It was particularly emphasized that the government is preparing projects and proposals regarding the return of the doctoral student's scholarship and the salary provided to their scientific supervisor if they do not defend their doctoral works before completing their studies. This issue is currently on the agenda of high-ranking organizations.
