According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further develop the system of higher education", it is planned to take measures to attract qualified specialists from prestigious foreign universities to higher education institutions of the republic.

In this regard, there have been many efforts to involve foreign experts in Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. As a result, on March 9, 2022 prof. Kim Kyong Je from the University of Dongguk starts to work at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and will teach the Korean language and culture until the end of the academic year of 2021-2022.
