Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, the rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, observed the construction site and took note of the facilities being created for students and teachers. He also reviewed the plans for the new academic year, including the construction of educational buildings and student residences. The rector also inspected the installation of solar panels in the existing educational buildings and reviewed the planned work in this regard.

During the visit, the rector conducted a detailed inspection of the new 7-story educational building, which is currently under construction. He assessed its structural integrity, the installation of modern doors and windows, and the equipment of the classrooms. The rector provided necessary instructions based on the observations made.
