A briefing with the participation of Deputy Governor of Samarkand region H. Ochilov was held on April 11 at the Regional Press House. It was attended by officials of the regional Department of Public Education, the regional Department of Vocational Education Development, Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, and representatives of a number of media outlets.  At the briefing, Deputy Governor H. Ochilov informed on the latest developments in the field of education, as well as future plans and actions to be taken.  During the meeting, the rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages I.Tukhtasinov also spoke about the systematic work carried out at the institute, in particular, the work being done in Samarkand region to transfer the study of Uzbek students studying in Ukraine to Uzbek higher education institutions.
