Today, on August 15, in the presence of the institute's rector, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, officials visited the "Foreign Languages" faculty in the Payariq district to closely assess the progress of ongoing renovations.

Currently, the 200-bed student accommodation in this area is undergoing a complete overhaul and refurbishment. This initiative is being funded through a budget project, with a total investment of 1.2 billion Uzbekistani soums. The completion of the renovation is projected for September 2023.

Additionally, as part of a green space program, more than 3,000 pavlovnia trees have been planted around the faculty. To ensure proper irrigation for these trees and to enhance the overall greenery of the educational building's surroundings, a well has been dug and water supply infrastructure has been established at a cost of 200 million soums.
