The Constitution serves as the fundamental law of the state, outlining the state's structure, the system of power and governing bodies, their authority, the procedure for their formation, the electoral system, and the rights and freedoms of citizens, along with the judicial system.

Under the slogan, "The Constitution is mine, yours, and all of us!" a solemn event was organized at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. Professors, teachers, students, and interested individuals participated in the event. The ceremony commenced with the rendition of our country's national anthem, and the institute's acting rector, Fazliddin Ruzikulov, opened the proceedings with an introduction.

Furthermore, as part of the program, talented students recited poems and performed wonderful songs dedicated to the Constitution and the Motherland. Various scenes were presented to the audience.
