Functions of the office manager:
- Organize the correct registration, timely registration and delivery of documents to the Higher Education Institution;
- Ensure proper documentation of outgoing documents from higher education institution
- Acceptance of documents, re-issued to the Rector, and their signing in for registration;
- Sending documents for execution in accordance with the instructions of the rector
- According to rector’s order sending documents for acting;
- To check the documents submitted with the signature of the rector (pro-rector) and to verify that they are properly registered
- Taking into account incoming letters, printed forms of the university requisites;
- Putting the executed documents into folders
- Filing of completed documents for archiving.
Need to know:
Knowing the organization of the business, the list of folders, the list of temporary and temporarily stored folders, the timing and order of submission of archives to the archives, the laws relating to the activity of the office, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, knowledge of the decisions of the rector of the university, knowledge of the annual and perspective plans of the University
Qualification requirements:
Knowledge and skills relevant to the professional and organizational skills necessary for management positions in higher education institutions, guidance work experience in the field of education, the type and competence of the activity;
The ability to achieve specific personal qualities through intellectual, cultural, leadership, creative abilities, generosity, organizational, entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial abilities, sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and action, decisive action, The ability to move on;
Must have higher education.
Should have at least 3 years of effective work experience.
