Dormitory is a second house of students. All conveniences are provided here for them to feel like in their own house. Even security guards and teachers that care about them wish they were students as well having such comforts and opportunities. Internal and external sides of the building were constructed according to modern standarts and eqipped with modern tools . Equipment and fire safeties and sanitation meet all requirements.
The dormitory under Samarkand State institute of foreign languages is constantly progressing its functions. Internal normative and legal documents of the institute based on normative documents regarding the functioning of the dormitory have been elaborated and confirmed. Moreover, there are posters of  regulations in the dormitory,  news, the list of the students and the corner of fire-security.
All conveniences are created for their living, self-study and resting in the dormitory. Foreign language learning, sport, art and other activities run here. Furthermore, there is a spiritual enlightment room created for their efficient time spending and creating all needed facilities. There is a television, a computer, chairs and tables  in this room. The educational halls are accomodated with all important equipments.
All facilities are provided in the rooms specialed for female being,  resting, for washing and drying clothes, ironing rooms and kitchens.
There are medical rooms that give first medical aid when needed. There are aslo rooms where girls can get advice from specialists and everyone can consult with a psychogolist. There are rest rooms and bathrooms that are supplied with hot water on each floor.
Informative resource centre holds about 3000 popular literatures and press publications. IRC in the dormitory works from 15.00 till 21.00
