The aim of the SSIFL Academic Council direct the actions, intellectual potential and all other opportunities of the institute community at the preparation of higher education for professionals with excellent knowledge, skills and abilities at the level of the requirementsof the state educational standard which set out in the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on “ The National Personnel Training Program” and “Education” and focuses on the following objectives:
- According to the National Personnel Training Program, it studies the strict implementation of state educational standards, curriculum and programs and set out recommendations and tasks for priorities.
- About the academic, research and educational work of the faculties, the academic lyceum, the activities of the academic societies under the institute, the acceptance results of the admissions committee, the needs of graduates of the agricultural sector, it reports on coorperation with the contracting organizations and take appropriate decision.
- Discusses the implementation of scientific and research spiritual and enlightenment plans, upgrading the qualifications and retraining of the teaching staff making decision.
- Confirms the annual and prespective plans of the development of the institute, discuss the results of technical support and financial and economic activities and making decision.
- To open, close, change faculties and departments as well as making decision related to the establishment or suspension of training of new bachelor’s and master’s specialities, taking into account marketing services.
- Teachers and professors will be elected according to the decree “ The order of recruiting teachers with election to higher educations”.
-the professor reviews the documents of the applicants who are seeking to obtain an academic degree and presents to confirm the academic title in the prescribed manner.
-discusses and defines the measure the graduates of the institute and professors’ issues of providingthe learning English and using computer technology.
-discusses the providing educational process with tetbooks, preparation and publication of new generation textbooks and manuals, as well as educational and methodological complexes based on the application of innovative educational technologies.
- nominates candidates for the state scholarships and organizes a contest among the talented students and trainee researchers,
-jointly with the “Healthy Generation” foundation develops physical education and health promotion activities.
- discusses the issues of developing corporate partnerships with organizations enterprises and institutions to strengthen materials and to increase the effectiveness of students’ qualifications and makes decisions to improve them.
-make decisions on establishing partnership with foreign countries.
-listens to reports of managers of small businesses engaged in educational services, firms and courses and makes appropriate decisions
-defines measures to develop the safety and labor protection of staff of the institute and students.

The Accumulation of Acceptance paper
At the entrance to the master’s program, applicants (bachelor’s) will submit the following documents to the admission office of the higher educational institution:
- Application to the rector of the Higher Education Institution, with a master’s degree
- Original copy of higher education documents (or diploma for graduates of higher educational institution of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the state grant) snd its annexes
- A copy of published scientific articles or thesis (or equivalent document)
- 6 color photograph in the size of 3,5x4
- U-86 medical certificate
The documents are accepted from July 1 to July 30. In the process of submitting documents, applicants will personally provide documents such as passport and military certificate.
