1.Information about the scientific-methodical journal "Foreign philology: language, literature, education" of  Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages

1. The journal "Foreign philology" was registered by the Republican Press and Information Agency on December 10, 2001, with number 09-12, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was re-registered on January 16, 2007.

2. The journal specializes in language, literature, educational science and is included in the list of necessary publications with the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the RUz No. 2 of March 10, 2014: "10.00. 10.00.07 - Comparative-Historical, Typological and Comparative Linguistics, Linguistic Translation ", "10.00.03 - Theory of Language, Practical and Computer Linguistics "," Language and Literature of Europe, America and Australia.

The Institute has its own journal equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to issue a quarterly issue of the journal, and a team of experts on relevant disciplines. Also, the journal has 1266 subscriber indexes and regular subscribers in the form of leading scientific centers of the republic and is widely spread in our republic. The journal is being published in Uzbek and foreign languages.

3. The journal includes such texts as linguistics, translation, foreign language and magistracy.

4. The journal has number 2181-743X on the ISSN list.

5. Articles in the journal are accepted by the author's application, review, decision of the department decision, expert opinion and reviewed by editors and recommended for publication.  

6. Editorial staff consists of 11 doctors of sciences, professors and 5 candidates of science, associate professors.  

7. The articles in the journal are accepted in the following order: - If the article is written in Uzbek, annotations are in Russian and English, and if the scientific article is written in Russian, annotations in Uzbek and English will be provided. Key words in both Uzbek, Russian and English will be provided in each scientific article, along with annotations in Uzbek, Russian and English. -The jury members pay attention to the problem of each scientific article, the theoretical and methodological nature of the material, the reliability of the sources, the problem, the conclusions, recommendations. REQUIREMENTS FOR PHILOLOGY: LANGUAGE, LITERATURE, EDUCATION JOURNAL
- Letter of recommendation from the head of the organization where the author is working.
- The expert's conclusion on printing the article.
- A review by a doctor or professor on the specialty.
- Information about the author (s) (place of work, position, residence, telephone and e-mail).
- Articles: The Times New Roman headset in the Microsoft Word program is presented in 14 fonts, in two copies, (with an electronic version). Articles should be eight pages without drawings, and abstract should not exceed two pages.
- Formulas on the computer are written in the Math Type version of the Word Formula Editor. The charts and diagrams should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard. - A list of references is presented at the end of the article in the following order: author's name, surname, name of the book (journal), publishing house and publication date (for books), journal number, page (for journal). The number of publications is not more than 7. - The second copy of the article should be signed by authors, with indication of their surname, name and patronymic. - The article needs to be prepared in accordance with the national mentality language, carefully, methodically and grammatically, with high degree of urgency in scientific-methodological status.
The editors have the right to edit articles and abstract when it is important. - If the article is returned to the author for processing, it will be considered as returning to the editorial since the date of the last appearance of the article. - The published materials will not be returned to the author, nor will the review or comment be made. - articles of expertise of articles, short stories and other expert groups created with the new scientific and methodological and practical results and published in Uzbek or Russian, English and not more than 50% placed on journals. - The abstracts of the article in Uzbek, Russian and English are checked.
