The Department of “Theoretical aspects of English language” was approved by minutes of the Board № 3 of Samarkand State Council of Foreign Languages dated October 3, 2018 and signed by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education on November 2, 2018. "As well as on the basis of the Institutional Council Decree No. 4-5 of December 27, 2018. Nowadays the chair is headed by Rustamova Shoxista Sharifovna. There are 3 candidate of sciences, 4 senior teachers, 4 assistant teachers, 8 trainee-teachers.
