The department aims to develop and improve the research activities of the institute, accelerate the implementation of the research results into the enterprises of the mass media concept, other branches of the national economy and the educational process, to prepare and improve the scientific and pedagogical staff.
The department consists of 4 employees - head of the department, research engineer, methodologist for working with talented youth, secretarial staff.
Structure of the department:
In the department the fields act problematic and scientific laboratories, innovative educational center, printing and publishing centers, doctorate, independent research institute, scientific research directions, scientific society of professor-teachers and students, directions of work with talented students.
Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel: Turobov Bekpulat Nusratullayevich
The duties of the head of the department are as follows:
Head of the department supervises scientific-research, training of scientific-pedagogical personnel, improvement of professional skills and publication of scientific works;
To control the management of all activities and the staff of the department;
To create and implement the department's business plans;
To coordinate the activities of the relevant units in the educational institution depending on the purpose of the department;
To control the implementation and monitor the Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Collegium of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, letters of recommendation, modemograms and telephone messages of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as rector’s execution of orders and orders of departments and chairs;
To inform students about resolutions and decisions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
To establish and implement mutually beneficial cooperative agreements between the educational institution and enterprises, organizations, private factories and firms.
Need to know:
To know the essence of the orders of the rector of the Higher Education Institutions, laws of the department, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Orders of the Ministry.
Qualification requirements:
Knowledge and skills relevant to the professional and organizational skills necessary for management positions in higher education institutions, guidance work experience in the field of education, the type and competence of the activity;
The ability to achieve specific personal qualities through intellectual, cultural, leadership, creative abilities, generosity, organizational, entrepreneurial abilities, sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and action, decisive action;
To have a higher education;
To have at least 3 years of effective work experience in this field.
Engineer for scientific research: Bobokulova Shakhnoza
The roles of scientific research engineer are as follows:
The main directions of the activity are approved by the Academic Council and by the Presidential Decree dated July 24, 2012 № UP-4456 "On further improvement of the system of preparation and certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of high qualification", the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 28, 2012 of No. 365 "Requirements for postgraduate study" and "Regulations on postgraduate education" to establish the activities of senior researchers.
Methodist for working with talented youth: Baxromov Akobir.
The tasks of the methodologist for working with talented students are as follows:
Providing information about the achievements of native and foreign science and technology, assisting professor-teachers, engineer-technical staff and students of the institute in accelerating research and improving the quality of training specialists. Participates in the preparation of scientific and scientific-practical conferences, interdisciplinary thematic collections of scientific papers and other scientific papers; participates in student scientific conferences, and helps students to publish their academic papers.

The tasks of the secretary:
Reception, registration, acceptance and delivery of orders of the higher bodies and divisions to the head of the department;
Receiving documentation of the departments or chairs and transfer to relevant departments;
Publishing, reproducing and registration of documents belonging to department or faculty chair;
Registration of visitors and acceptance of applications;
Maintaining sanitary-hygienic condition and cleanliness of the department or faculty chair where he/she works.
