"Universal and National Values on the Great Silk Road: Language, Education, and Culture" takes place at SamSIFL

Today, on October 13th, an international scientific-practical conference on the topic "Universal and National Values on the Great Silk Road: Language, Education, and Culture" took place at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.

The conference saw participation from foreign scholars, professors, educators, and students from countries such as the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and others. The event was inaugurated by Professor Shakhriyor Safarov, a faculty member at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, who delivered an opening speech, expressing success for the conference proceedings.

Furthermore, the conference delved into topics such as the significant role of games in teaching foreign languages, the unparalleled expression of lexical and phraseological units in the translations of the novel "Days Gone By" into German, and discussions on chronologisms in the English language and their groups.
