Today at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, Shahrukh Daliyev, the First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, and Khusan Tokhtaev, the Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region, held a meeting to introduce the newly appointed rector, Bahadir Khalikov Alikulovich, to the team.
