Tasks:

• Organization of educational and scientific work on the basis of state educational standards and training of qualified personnel;
• Implementation of orders, decrees and instructions of higher authorities, decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute, the orders of the rector on issues related to the educational process;
• Providing general guidance on the process of preparation and publication of teaching materials and research papers, including journals and proceedings of research papers by the staff of the institute, as well as teaching methods and research in all areas of educational and research activities of the institute, and replenishment of the library fund with scientific periodicals;
• Preparation of proposals and organization of work within his deputyship.
