On August 30, 2022, Kuldoshov Uktamjon Urozovich, a researcher of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, defended the dissertation "Semantic and linguacultural study of translation of converse words (in the material of English and Uzbek prose)" written to gain the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 10.00.06 - "Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics and Translation Studies".
