The open dialogue was organized under the theme "Samarkand Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization: the spirit of Samarkand - an expression of cooperation, mutual understanding and friendship" and was attended by a number of esteemed guests, representatives of the institute and volunteers who worked as guide-interpreters within the framework of the summit.
