In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 16, 2017, titled "On further improvement of the post-university education system," and paragraph 44 of the "Regulation on Post-Higher Education" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan under No. 304 dated May 22, 2017, the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages organized introductory interviews for admission to independent study for the third quarter of 2023.

These interviews were specifically arranged to select highly qualified and scientific pedagogical personnel in the fields of 10.00.04 - "Language and literature of European, American and Australian peoples," 10.00.06 - "Comparative literature, contrastive linguistics, and translation studies," 13.00.01 - "Pedagogical theory. History of Pedagogical Teachings," and 13.00.02 - "Theory and Methodology of Education."
