As part of the first Uzbekistan-Italy Education Forum, a cultural and scientific cooperation agreement was signed today, September 27, between Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and the University for Foreigners of Perugia, Italy.

Additionally, during the visit of Letizia Cinganotto, Vice-Rector of the University for Foreigners of Perugia, and Corrado Losito, Head of the International Cooperation Office, to SamSIFL, a meeting was held with Rector B. Kholikov. At the meeting, both institutions agreed to establish student and teacher mobility programs under the Erasmus+ program starting in 2025.
