Tasks:

• Organization of financial work and training of qualified personnel on the basis of state educational standards;
• Implementation of orders, decrees and instructions of higher authorities, decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute, the orders of the rector on issues related to the educational process;
• Coordinating, controlling and managing the activities of the relevant structural units, distributing responsibilities among the employees and defining personal responsibility;
• Preparation of proposals and organization of work within his deputyship.
