Tasks:

• Organization of training of highly qualified personnel on the basis of state educational standards; implementation of the quality of education, ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the tasks set by law;
• Coordination and control of educational, methodical, scientific, spiritual-educational, financial-economic activity of the institute;
• Performing the functions of selection, appointment and dismissal of personnel suitable for the positions within his deputyship;
• Providing material and moral incentives to employees, providing social protection, and applying disciplinary measures.
