Scientific cooperation and external relations:

The chair maintains close mutually beneficial cooperation with National University of Uzbekistan, Samarkand State University, Bukhara State University, and Tashkent State University of Economics.

Moreover, the chair has established fruitful cooperation with professional colleges including Taylak Agro-Entrepreneurship College, Samarkand Agro-Industrial College, as well as Payarik College of Light Industry, basing on the signed agreements. According to these agreements, teachers of the chair arrange open lectures, seminar trainings and other events aimed at improvement of relations between educational institutions.

Implementation of the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan I.A.Karimov №1875 “Measures on further improvement of the system of learning foreign languages”

Teachers of the Chair of Social Sciences started delivering the classes on “Economic theory” and “Sociology” in English in order to create additional opportunities for students in learning foreign languages. Senior teacher of the chair A.N.Nizamov conducts the course on “Economic theory” in English, and teacher N.N.Muminov teaches “Sociology” in English for the students of English Philology Faculty.
