REPORT

Issues to be discussed: Foreign language and literature teaching in higher educational institutions of our republic - improvement of language and literature education exchange of ideas on problems and solutions, modern linguistics in education, language and literature in socio-cultural space.

Participation of young scientists, masters, specialists, independent researchers, basic doctoral students and doctoral students at the conference.

This international conference was attended by local experts, qualified personnel of the fields, as well as scientists and professors from foreign countries, particularly Iran, South Korea, Egypt, the Russian Federation, India, Turkey, and Tajikistan, from prestigious higher education institutions and organizations of foreign countries.

Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages acting Rector Ruzikulov F.Sh.  congratulated the whole of the institute on this occasion. After that, in order to welcome the team of the institute, the professor of the institute G.Q. Mirsanov led the plenary session and introduced the participants to the agenda of today's conference, and it was the turn of Ruzikulov Fazliddin Shukurovich, rector of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, associate professor, Spanish and Italian language teacher Franceso Giomoni, Department of Oriental Languages, Arabic Language Department (Arab Republic of Egypt) Hashem Esmael Hammam Ali, Dr. Ravinder Gargesh Prof., Head of the Department of the English Language (India), Zahra Zarrati , Tashkent State University of Economics, Center for Teaching Uzbek and Foreign Languages, English Department (Iran), Mr. Kim In Te Samarkand University of International Technologies (South Korea), Bilir Bayram Faculty of Oriental Languages, Department of Middle Eastern Languages (Turkey), Subhiddin Ziyoyev, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan (Tajikistan), Kandiyev Hakim is an English teacher at the Pedagogical Institute of Tajikistan and many others.

Local and foreign specialists, qualified personnel of the fields and professors and teachers participated in the branch meetings of the conference online and offline. 3 branches within the conference and 2 workshop trainings were conducted, more than 177 lectures were listened to in total. Scientific research works conducted by doctoral students, masters and young talented students were discussed there. The best lecture competition was held at the branch meetings and the winners were determined.

Seminar - in trainings participants who actively participated were awarded with conference certificates and souvenirs. At the end of the conference, to carry out selection work with talented students in the departments of the faculty and to further expand the scope of their involvement in scientific and research work on promising scientific topics, as well as to organize the teaching of specialized subjects in interactive ways in cooperation with production enterprises, scientific training of the departments it was agreed to adopt the innovations of modern technologies of permanent industries.

    

    

    

 

Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages is implementing the agreements reached with the Institute of Foreign Languages and International Tourism PSU

Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages strives to expand and strengthen cooperation with its partner university - the Institute of Foreign Languages and International Tourism of PSU within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement signed in 2022.
At the invitation of our side, the head of the Department of Linguistics and Applied Foreign Languages, Assoc. Prof. Melnikova E.N. and coordinator of international educational projects at the Institute of Foreign Languages and International Tourism, Assoc. Prof. Khomovich N.V. visited Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages from October 13 to October 20, 2023.
The agreements were reached on the academic mobility of students in short-term (4-6 weeks) and long-term (1 semester) educational programs, on the exchange of teachers, the organization and conduct of a Summer School, providing for the implementation programs on intercultural communication, development of joint scientific and practical grant projects. Agreements were also reached on the joint management of final qualifying works and master's theses in the areas of training “Linguistics”.

Samarkand state Institute of foreign languages "Department of English Language and Literature " of the Faculty of English I is expanding International cooperation relations

A cooperation agreement was signed by Samarkand state Institute of foreign languages.

This cooperation agreement was signed with Minsk state Linguistic university. According to him, the representative of Minsk state University of Linguistics Natalya Evgenievna Lapteva based on the Charter of the Samarkand state Institute of foreign Languages the representative is the rector, Ilhomjon Madaminovich Tokhtasinov  was to develop international cooperation in the field of education and science. This bilateral agreement will be valid for 5 years and at the same time it is aimed at dealing with science,science  and technologies, working with methods. This agreement come into force on September 22,2021

Samarkand state Institute of foreign languages Department of English language and Literature signed an international cooperation agreement with the Russian Federation

"English language and literature" department of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages signed agreements. According to it, cooperation agreement were signed by Pyantigorsk State University of the Russian Federation. Organization of education for undergraduate and graduate students according to a bilateral agreement and organization of joint scientific projects, exchange of experience.
