Since its establishment, the department has been actively cooperating with several leading universities of the Russian Federation. In particular, an agreement was signed with Saint Petersburg State University, and a TRKI Testing Center was opened on the basis of SamSIFL. Since its opening, test sessions have been held monthly, and more than 1,000 people have received internationally recognized TRKI certificates.

In March 2026, a delegation from Voronezh State University was received, and a cooperation agreement was signed between the universities.

Based on this agreement, a number of activities have been planned, including the development of student exchange academic programs, internship programs, the organization and conduct of summer schools, and internship programs in the Russian Federation

 

The Department of Russian Language also cooperates with N.A. Dobrolyubov Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistics University. The department actively participates in conferences, seminars, and events organized by this Russian higher education institution.
