The Department maintains close cooperative relations with the National University of Uzbekistan, Samarkand State University, the University of World Languages, Berdakh Karakalpak State University, Alisher Navoi University of the Uzbek Language and Literature, Urgench State University, and the Navoi Pedagogical Institute in Bukhara, as well as with the non-state “Ma’mun University” in Khorezm.
The Department is affiliated with the Abu Ali ibn Sina Academic Lyceum of Healthcare, the Academic Lyceum under SamSIFL, and the Academic Lyceum under TUIT. Five-year and one-year cooperation agreements are concluded with these lyceums. Based on these agreements, open lessons, spiritual and educational events, and seminars are conducted, and educational-methodological manuals for students of the social and humanitarian profile are developed.
The Department has also established cooperative relations with state organizations on the basis of contractual agreements
International Cooperation:
Professors and teachers of the Department have agreed on establishing cooperation with Arizona State University (USA) and developed a corresponding roadmap.
In May 2024, Senior Lecturer F. A. Aslamova successfully completed professional development courses at Hacettepe University in Turkey. In September 2025, F. U. Sobirova and Sh. Sh. Yusupova  successfully completed advanced training courses in Finland.
The Department is actively working on the implementation of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–610 “On Measures to Further Improve the Quality of Foreign Language Teaching in Educational Institutions.”
