The  teachers of ”  Near Oriental Languages "    are conducting scientific research on the scientific direction  called " Тheoretical and practical issues of  Near Oriental Languages ".

The Department of ”  Near Oriental Languages " of the Samarkand State Institute of foreign languages, in cooperation with the Shanghai University of foreign languages, traditionally annually holds an international scientific and practical conference on universal and national values: language, education and culture.

As a result of constant control over the implementation of the plan, more than 80 scientific articles and abstracts were published by the teachers of the Institute in various prestigious scientific journals and conferences. Within the framework of the approved plan, a number of young teachers carry out scientific research in order to increase the scientific and pedagogical potential of the teacher. Several professors and teachers of the department conduct independent research work on their subjects and spheres.

In addition, teachers are returning to the short-term training courses in the people's Republic of China in order to improve their skills.

About 20 articles of teachers of the  chair ”  Near Oriental Languages " were published in foreign journals with high impact on 2019-2020 academic year. In addition, they participated in foreign, Republican and local conferences and published more than 50 articles.

The activities of the ”  Near Oriental Languages "  chair on working with secondary and secondary special educational institutions are well established. Professors and teachers of  the ”  Near Oriental Languages " are widely introducing innovative technologies of education in academic lyceums and professional colleges. In ensuring the continuity  of Education, Educational-methodical cooperation agreements were signed with 104-Secondary School in Pakhtakor mfy, Pastdargom district, which is attached to the curriculum, as well as work was carried out to attract students to the high education system , to raise the  interest point of graduates and to provide practical assistance to teachers.
