Today, April 28, the joint meeting of the Council of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages No. 8-9 was held. The following issues were on the agenda of the meeting:

- Implementation of decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, decisions and orders of the Board and the Council of the Institute;

- The state of educational-methodical, scientific and spiritual-educational work carried out at the Faculty of Romance and Germanic languages, as well as the quality of training, work on providing textbooks;
