Sh.Suyunov, head of the Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, J.Saydullaev, psychologist of the institute, H.Mamaniyozov, dean of Narpay Faculty of Foreign Languages, got acquainted with the living conditions of the students of the faculty. The students who are renting apartments were told that neither the student nor the owner of the apartment would pay income tax in conformity with the current law of the Republic.
