It is no exaggeration to say that SamSIFL is now a leading institute in the region in terms of establishing cooperation with foreign universities since the institute has been cooperating with nearly 100 prestigious universities so far. This includes Italian universities and educational institutions as well. 
In this regard, Andrea Gallo,  an associate professor at the University for Foreigners of Siena was invited to Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages as an Italian teacher in conformaty with cooperation agreement between SamSIFL and Siena University of Foreigners. Andrea Gallo will work at the institute for 2 months. Today, 6th of May,  a meeting was held with participation of I. Tukhtasinov, the rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and Andrea Gallo,  an associate professor at  Siena University for Foreigners.  During the meeting , the parties exchanged views on future projects and next plans were identified.
