On May 17, the meeting between Samandar Asadov, Hokim (Governor) of Bulungur district, and students from Bulungur district who are studying at SamSIFL was held to implement the tasks given in the Video conference held by the President of Uzbekistan on "Measures to improve the living standards of students of higher education institutions through employment".

During the meeting, the issues of employing Bulungur students studying at the institute, attracting students who are in need of social protection to the vacancies available in the district organizations to earn extra income were discussed. At the end of the meeting, the students presented their proposals and opinions in detail.

In addition, Hokim of Bulungur district Samandar Asadov and rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the employment and the vacancies for Bulungur students studying at SamSIFL.
