Qualifying examinations in foreign languages for researchers of higher education institutions in Samarkand were held at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages in accordance with the Regulation approved by the decision of the Directorate of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 28, 2016.
