A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Ural Federal University, the Russian Federation, and Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages during the 3rd Uzbekistan-Russia Educational Forum held in Samarkand in October of this year.
In order to continue practical work based on this memorandum, a delegation led by A. Burnasev, the director of Ural Humanitarian Institute, Ural Federal University, for international cooperation affairs, visited SamSIFL today.
