The international conference "AYREG - academic ranking" was held today at the National Research Center of the Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.

A total of about 100 participants, consisting of experts and chairmen of the world's most prestigious international ranking organizations such as "Times Higher Education", "QS", "Webometrics", and representatives of the universities in Canada, Brazil, Germany, Netherlands, Hungary, Romania, Poland, China, Singapore, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Kazakhstan, Estonia, and Uzbekistan, in particular, administration of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages took part in it.

It should be noted that this event will help Uzbekistan's leading higher education institutions to take higher places in prestigious international rankings and establish direct relations with leaders and experts of international-ranking organizations.
