According to the legislation, the voting process throughout the entire republic began at 8:00 am and will continue until 8:00 pm in the evening. In addition, the voting process continues at polling stations 67 and 145, which are located at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. In this voting process, which began early in the morning under the sound of the national anthem, a total of 2,111 registered voters cast their ballots at polling station 67. Similarly, a total of 1,790 registered voters have been recorded at polling station 145. At the same time, voters, observers, as well as students are actively participating in the referendum. It is worth noting that the Malaysian international observer, Djoxari Bin Abdul, is also participating in the referendum as an observer.
