It is known that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PF-5843 "On measures to radically improve the personnel policy and civil service of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated October 3, 2019,  the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the authorized government body for public service, responsible for the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of human resources development and personnel management in government bodies and organizations.
In accordance with the action plan approved by Samarkand regional branch of the Agency for Development of Public Service aims at organizing meetings with graduates of existing higher education institutions in the region and introducing the Agency's activities.
On April 15, Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages hosted the meeting with the participation of Nazarov Khurshid Aripovich, head of Samarkand regional branch of the Agency for Development of Public Service,  Akhatov Foziljon Olimjonovich, chief inspector of the branch,  Jumaev Zafar, head of Bukhara regional branch of the Agency for Development of Public Service, and graduates of the institute.
The meeting was opened by the rector of the institute Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov. The procedure of recruitment of graduates for vacancies in government agencies, the absence of human factors in this process, the absence of conflict of interests, in short, the transparency of the recruitment process is discussed during the meeting.
