According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further develop the system of higher education", it is planned to take measures to attract qualified specialists from prestigious foreign universities to higher education institutions of the country. In this regard, many foreign specialists are involved in the educational process of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages.

In particular, on April 25, Prof. Ravinder Gargash from Delhi University was invited as a guest to Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages   and was received by the rector of the institute Prof. Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on future mutual cooperation.

It is also agreed that Prof. Ravinder Gargash will work with the Department of Translation Theory and Practice to enhance research works, as well as deliver lectures for students of MA Linguistics: English.
