In conformity with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-5047 "On measures to further improve state policy in the field of science and administration in the development of innovation" dated April 1, 2021, and the Presidential Decree No. 5088 "On measures to organize the activities of youth industry and entrepreneurship zones, as well as to support youth entrepreneurship initiatives" dated April 21, 2021,  as well as the Presidential Executive Order No. 60 "On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" dated January 28, 2022. Based on the content of the Decree No. PF-60 "On the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan" the Incubation and Acceleration Center has been established at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages to support the implementation of the results of youth entrepreneurship initiatives, startup projects, and applied research, as well as projects in the service sector.

The center was inaugurated today, April 26. The center assists students in the implementation of their innovative projects, initiatives, ideas and creates favorable conditions for the implementation of incubator tasks and sustainable development in order to start "startups".
