The Presidential Executive Order No. 6108 "On measures for the development of education and science in the new period of development of Uzbekistan" and the Decree "Additional measures for further improvement of the education system" were adopted and a number of tasks were set to improve the quality of education in schools.

In order to implement the above-mentioned tasks in the presidential decrees, rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages   Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov visited the 7th and 17th schools in Narpay district on April 26. During the visit, student participation in the educational process at schools, classroom facilities, textbooks in the library were analyzed. Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov also conducted a lesson of "Professor's Hour at School" at secondary schools in the district.
