As a result of the radical reforms carried out in the country in recent years, efficient activity is being done in the field of education. In this regard, on the basis of public-private partnership, Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages has developed a project concept and evaluation documents for the construction, equipping and operation of a student dormitory on a vacant plot of land.

In accordance with section 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No 563 "On measures to increase the level of housing coverage of students in higher education institutions of the Republic" dated September 9, 2021 concerning the terms of public-private partnership on the territory of  Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages 32.2 billion soums of investment allocated to the project to build and operate this facility.

On the first and second floors of the dormitory, there is a kitchen, a barbershop, a laundry service, a gym, an innovation center and other services for students and the faculty staff.
