The official meeting was held between the representatives of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and the Kyrgyz-Kazakh University in Bishkek. During the meeting, the parties discussed plans to establish international cooperation between the two higher education institutions, to develop exchange programs of professors and students, to organize joint scientific-practical conferences, as well as the implementation of these plans. A memorandum of understanding  was signed to enhance cooperation.
