The delegation led by Ilhomjon Tokhtasinov, the rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, is visiting Spain. The purpose of the visit to Spain is to further strengthen cooperation with higher education institutions, to establish joint educational programs in cooperation between the parties.
