Today, on November 24, at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign languages, the event dedicated to "International French Teachers' day" was solemnly organized by the Chair of French Language and Literature.
Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov , the rector of the institute, opened the event with an introductory speech and congratulated all French teachers on this day.
French teachers, working at schools of Samarkand region, were invited to the event too.
Furthermore, stage performances prepared by the students of the institute and French national songs were presented to the audience. At the end of the event, teachers of the French language were awarded valuable gifts and certificates.
