Within cooperation between Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and the University of Cadiz, Spain, associate professor Juan Ignaisio Toro Escudero from Spain was recruited to work at the institute. Today, on February 7, at the meeting held between the rector of the institute Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and a foreign expert, mutual opinions and suggestions were exchanged regarding the education of students.
