On February 18, a meeting was held between Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, the rector of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, and Richard Woonar, the director of the innovative English language teaching company "SixClouds" in Singapore. Negotiations on establishing cooperation with this company were conducted there.
