On March 27, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the rectors of Busan University of Foreign Studies and Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages within the framework of the Uzbek-Korean forum of rectors of higher educational institutions held in Tashkent.

According to the Memorandum, it is agreed to develop exchange programs for students and professors, to introduce joint educational programs in cooperation, and to create various scientific, technical, as well as innovative projects in education.
