Today, on June 2, the Council of Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages convened for its regular meeting. The following matters were on the agenda:

1. Implementation of directives from the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as decisions and resolutions made during the Board meeting and Council sessions. Tasks related to these directives were addressed.

2. Examination of the institute's handling of written and verbal inquiries from the public.

3. Evaluation of the institute's utilization of innovative teaching methodologies in foreign language instruction.

4. Assessment of the activities organized by clubs within the institute aimed at fostering students' talents and skills.

5. Review of spiritual and educational initiatives targeting students residing in dormitories, rented accommodations, relatives' homes, and their own residences.

6. Discussion of recommendations for the publication of monographs authored by professors and teachers affiliated with the institute.

Additionally, distinguished professors and teachers who have obtained academic degrees and titles were honored with diplomas and computers in recognition of their achievements.
