It is known that since the 2018-2019 academic year, the 1-year MA TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) graduate program of Webster University has been implemented at SamSIFL.

The term of the cooperation agreement was extended in order to accept graduate students under this program in the 2023-2024 academic year. The contract was signed by Mr. Julian Schuster, President of Webster University, and Professor Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, Rector of SamSIFL.
