On September 6th of this year, Otabek Gaybullayev, the First Vice-Rector of the institute for youth affairs and spiritual education, delivered a lecture to first-year students.

During the lecture, the vice-rector offered students suggestions for engaging in meaningful activities during their free time, encouraged their participation in international and national science Olympiads and competitions.

He also discussed the institute's regular sports events, art and music competitions, and reading contests organized as part of the Five Initiatives framework. The vice-rector emphasized the importance of active student participation in these activities.
